Getting Started
If you have not yet requested an RTS account, please do so now! The RTS system requires that your account be activated in person at the Capitol in order to enter your RTS actions. We can do this for you. Please fill out this form and we will follow up. Please allow about a week for the account to be activated and receive your login information.
If you already have an RTS account, but haven’t used it in a while and forgot your password, you can reset it here by clicking "Forgot My Password." Please note that you will be taken to a page that asks you to enter your email address again, then click "Send Email."

If you ever want a refresher on how to use RTS, you can review the training slides, or CEBV has a handy video training for Request to Speak you can view anytime. There is also a 5-min refresher on our website at www.cebv.us.
